When you tell us the holiday villa you want to rent and your dates, confirmation will be requested from the villa owner regarding the availability of the dates, and after the confirmation, an option will be placed for you (for a maximum of 24 hours). Prepayment must be completed before the option period expires. You can make this payment by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining amount is collected in cash upon entering the villa. Additionally, a damage deposit of varying amounts depending on the villa is collected at the entrance. Upon check-out, the villa will be checked and if there is no damage, this fee will be refunded.
